Do you offer a free plan?

Yes! Our free plan is a great way to test our services. Here’s what it includes:

  • Support for 1 website: Get help for issues on your main WordPress site.
  • 1 request per week: Ideal for occasional troubleshooting needs.
  • Email and ticket support: Convenient ways to get in touch with our team.
  • Limitations: Please note that the free plan does not include malware removal or other services found in our Care Plans.
What's the difference between your support plans and your Care Plans?

Our support plans are for troubleshooting specific website problems as they happen. Our Care Plans offer a more comprehensive suite of services, including security optimization, speed optimization, weekly updates, and proactive maintenance.

I'm not the most tech-savvy person. Can you still help me?

Absolutely! We understand WordPress can be confusing, especially when things go wrong. Our team excels at explaining issues in plain language and guiding you through solutions step-by-step.

What if you can't fix my problem?

While we’re confident in our WordPress expertise, there might be rare cases where an issue is beyond the scope of our support plans (e.g., issues caused by hosting/server). If that happens, we’ll be honest with you and may recommend other solutions or resources.

I have multiple support requests. Can I submit them all at the same time?

Yes, you can. However, please note the following:

  • Free Plan: You’re limited to 1 request processed per week.
  • Agency Plan: Even though our Agency plan has unlimited requests, we focus on actively solving up to two issues at the same time. Any additional requests you’ve submitted will be queued and worked on as soon as your current requests are resolved.

All requests, regardless of when submitted, are handled on a priority basis by user request.

How do I submit a support request?

It’s easy! You can submit a request through Live Chat, Email, or Ticket. Be sure to describe the problem clearly and include any relevant screenshots or error messages.

I have multiple websites, but I don't need unlimited support. Can you create a custom plan?

We understand that every business has unique needs. Even if you have around 10 or a limited number of sites and don’t want to spend on our Agency plan, reach out to us. We can create a support plan that includes the right number of websites and requests to fit your budget and requirements.
