Website Edits Guidelines

We’re always happy to help with website edits, but to ensure we can get things done quickly and correctly, we need your help too.
Here’s how you can request edits in a way that helps us help you faster:
What We Need From You
When you send in an edit request, please include all the details. Here’s what that looks like:
Which Page?: Tell us the page name or share the full URL. Example: “About Us page” or https://yourdomain.com/about-us
Which Section on That Page?: Let us know where exactly the edit needs to go. Example: “Second section with the team photos” or “Bottom contact section”
What Needs to Change?: Be specific, are you replacing text, changing a heading, or swapping an image?
What’s the New Content?: Give us the exact content you want to use. Example: “Replace the paragraph with: We help small businesses grow online.”
Anything Else We Should Know?: Any layout preferences? Links? Attachments? Drop them in!
What’s Not Covered
We love helping with edits, but there are a few things outside the scope of regular content updates:
Imported Theme Content (Demo Layouts): If your site still has the original theme/demo content, we treat that as a development site. We can’t do edits until the real content is in place. Our edits include requests related to replacing the content already available on the site.
Vague Requests Like “Change Everything”: We won’t be able to work on requests like “change the content on my whole site” unless you let us know the exact pages, sections, and new content. We really appreciate your help with that!
How Long Does It Take?
Most edits are done in a few hours to 2 business days, depending on the request and our current queue.
Bigger or more detailed changes may take longer.
If we’re missing info or need clarification, we’ll follow up, and waiting for a reply can slow things down.

Change: Replace the paragraph
New Text: We create clean, fast websites that convert.
Image: Please replace the image with the attached file (webdesign.png)
Final Tip
The more clearly you describe your request, the faster we can get it done. So before you hit send, double-check that you’ve included all the info we need.
